ATRIUM

This phase provides an expanded main dining room along with kitchen expansion and upgrades (approximately 5,000 square feet).

Also included are finish and lighting upgrades throughout the central common space building. It also adds a full service kitchen into the existing deli.

This project will be phased with input from the owner and contractor to maintain operation throughout construction. Each phase except 1 & 2 is set up to be completed and priced independent of the others.

The building is single story wood construction (type VA) and is fully sprinklered.
